The MultiTASC dissection/transection device from LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. (Burlington, MA) is designed to dissect and transect the plaque core at the designated endpoint with one pass to reduce procedure time and potential for complications.

LeMaitre Vascular's EndoRE (endovascular remote endarterectomy) devices assist in revascularization of long segment occlusions in the iliac, superficial femoral, and proximal popliteal arteries. Remote endarterectomy combines surgical and endovascular techniques to maintain the native artery as long as possible and to open and maintain large arterial side branches and collaterals upon removal of the atheromatous core, thus postponing the need for bypass, restoring the option for future endovascular treatment, and preserving the saphenous vein for future use while requiring fewer incisions.
