Endologix Rebrands as Rhevera Medical

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Endologix Holdings, LLC, has adopted Rhevera Medical as its new corporate brand.
  • Endologix LLC will remain the legal manufacturer of the company’s commercial vascular products.
  • The rebrand reflects the company’s expansion beyond aortic repair into percutaneous bypass and mechanical thrombectomy.

October 5, 2026—Endologix Holdings, LLC, announced that its new corporate brand is Rhevera Medical.

According to its press release, Rhevera (pronounced: reh-VEH-ruh) combines rheo, Greek for flow, and vera, Latin for true. The name reflects the company’s focus on sustained blood flow across its therapies and its broader commitment to partnering with physicians who treat complex vascular disease and supporting patients treated with its technologies.

The company noted that Endologix has focused for decades on serious vascular conditions, including abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) and peripheral artery disease, expanding beyond aortic repair into percutaneous bypass and mechanical thrombectomy.

Rhevera Medical is the parent company of Endologix LLC, which will remain the legal manufacturer of the company’s commercial products, including the Detour system, Alto abdominal stent graft system, AFX 2 endovascular AAA system, and Pounce thrombectomy system.

Rhevera Medical Holdings, LLC, has offices and manufacturing sites in Santa Rosa and Irvine, California, and is a portfolio company of investment funds managed by Deerfield Management, according to the press release.

“Our name has changed because the needs of physicians and patients have expanded,” commented John Liddicoat, MD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rhevera Medical, in the press release. “Rhevera Medical reflects who we are becoming: a company focused on helping physicians preserve and restore blood flow for patients facing serious vascular disease. Whether a patient is at risk from an aneurysm, threatened by limb ischemia, or experiencing an acute vessel blockage, our work begins with the clinical reality physicians face and the outcomes patients are counting on.”
