Enrollment Completed in European Regeneration Trial for Bolton Medical's RelayPro

March 28, 2016—Bolton Medical, a subsidiary of the WerfenLife Company, announced the completion of patient enrollment for the Regeneration clinical trial in Europe. According to the company, this clinical trial will pave the way for final data evaluation and support Bolton Medical's application for CE Mark approval for their low-profile RelayPro thoracic stent graft system. 

The Regeneration trial will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the RelayPro device as indicated in 31 patients for the treatment of descending thoracic aorta pathologies. The trial enrolled patients at eight clinical sites located in Spain and Italy. Vincent Riambau, MD, is the trial’s Principal Investigator.
