MIVI Neuroscience's R4Q Catheter for Ischemic Stroke Approved and Commercialized in Europe

July 2, 2018—MIVI Neuroscience, Inc. announced the expansion of its European commercialization network for the R4Q revascularization catheter for the treatment of ischemic stroke.

The R4Q system's suite of devices, which received European CE Mark approval in March, will be introduced with a focused launch through a network of experienced neurovascular distribution partners. Most recently, the company received a commitment from AngioNautix of Madrid, Spain, to be its partner in Spain, Portugal, and Cuba. MIVI is also partnered with Neurologic Europe Ltd. in the United Kingdom, and Med-Italia Biomedica, S.r.l. in Italy.
