Terumo Aortic Announces Acquisition and Merger in Italy

October 22, 2018—Terumo Aortic announced the acquisition of Serom Medical Technology S.r.l. by Vascutek Ltd. and the subsequent merger with Bolton Medical S.r.l. in Italy.

Serom has represented Vascutek in Italy for more than 30 years. Aligned with this acquisition, Bolton Medical in Italy and Serom Medical Technology will merge and trade under the brand Terumo Aortic located in Rome, Italy. Terumo Aortic will provide a comprehensive portfolio of endovascular, surgical, and hybrid products and deliver customer service to support the users of these devices.
