TriVascular Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

March 10, 2014—TriVascular (Santa Rosa, CA) has announced that it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. Trivascular develops technologies for minimally invasive treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms, including the FDA-approved Ovation Prime abdominal stent graft system.

Trivascular has applied to list their common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “TRIV.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined, and a registration statement relating to the securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective, according to the company’s press release.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. Once available, a preliminary prospectus may be obtained from from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, c/o Broadridge Financial Solutions, or from Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.
