Toro Neurovascular Enters Distribution Agreement With Kaneka Medical America

October 9, 2025—Toro Neurovascular, which is headquartered in Irvine, California, announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Kaneka Medical America for Toro’s neurovascular catheter portfolio in the United States, pending regulatory clearance.

According to Toro, the collaboration aims to expand access to its next-generation catheter platform for complex neurovascular interventions for the treatment of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Toro’s technology will be integrated into Kaneka’s existing neurovascular portfolio of products for managing acute stroke and other cerebrovascular conditions.

Additionally, Toro announced it has appointed Marc Paris as Chief Commercial Officer to lead United States market launch efforts in coordination with Kaneka. Paris brings more than 2 decades of experience in medical device commercialization, noted the company.
